Eileen has been working in the technology industry for
over 18
years in a variety of technical support, consultancy and management
roles. She has
been working with social media and Web 2.0 technologies since 2004.
She is an accomplished and well known international speaker who regularly
presents on subjects as diverse as Social Media, Online Branding, Web 2.0,
Unified Communications, Systems Architecture and she is a passionate advocate for the
advancement of Women in Technology.
She helps companies extend their social media reach,
engage with their customers using Web 2.0 technologies, identify their
influencers and gain advocates for their brand. She works with you to
improve perception about your brand and create a vibrant community, use
social media to amplify your presence and improve the quality of your
connection to your customers to increase satisfaction.

Katherine
Salt
Katherine is an experienced marketer with experience in
international banking and finance, telecommunications, legal and retail
marketing. Katherine specialises in business to consumer social media
marketing and enables businesses to build an effective presence and
influence in this area. She advises on and produces coherent strategy
to integrate with the existing marketing activities and objectives.
Katherine provides clients with tools to develop and
grow their business by engaging existing and potential customers through
Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and blogging.
Claire Ambler
Claire is an
experienced events and logistics manager with over 20 years
experience in Event Management predominantly for the IT
industry. Her time has
been spent project managing and co-coordinating conference
and seminar programmes, major launch events, exhibitions and
managing Corporate Hospitality and PR for various
organisations.
She has also been responsible for VIP visits with
Microsoft UK and Microsoft Corp in the States, and spent 8 years in the
Microsoft Events Team. She has a wealth of experience working with large
budgets to tight deadlines and running a variety of events both internal and
external for clients.
Jackie Rush
Jackie is an
experienced events and logistics manager who spent 5 years
project managing and co-ordinating seminar programs,
exhibitions and corporate hospitality events within the
Reseller Sales department of Microsoft Ltd, and has spent
the last 15 years as an independent freelance Event
Logistics Manager.
As the focal point
for the client in portraying a corporate and professional
image, Jackie has
has worked on a wide variety of events – roadshows,
exhibitions, sporting events, financial roadshows – far too
many to list!!
Karen
Griffin
Karen is a highly motivated
individual who is passionate about working with people to
help them achieve their potential.
Karen has over 20 years’ experience in the Training & Development
field that includes: the design
and delivery of training, managing training departments, coaching senior
managers within organisations, and working as a guest lecturer on the
Courses for Adults programme at City University
in London.
Karen’s training expertise lies in: presentation skills;
communication skills; management skills and coaching.
She
has worked with Blue Chip companies and SME’s including work in the IT,
Travel, and Finance sectors.
Karen has experience of a diverse range of organisational cultures and
brings flexibility, drive, resilience, and extensive management experience
to her training and coaching work.
She has worked at a senior level within organisations and has
experience of managing large teams.
Hilary and Steve
These are the unsung heroes who keep the business
running in the back office at Amastra, taking all of our phone calls,
managing and organising our diaries, answering emails, sending out the
newsletter and generally making sure everything runs smoothly for us.
